Somatic Reflections © bodywork is my own creation out of various
hands-on and energetic bodywork techniques. |

While the knowledge
of Anatomy and glimpses of advanced Chiropractic gives me the practical
basis for understanding the processes that we go through. Insights
into the right way of breathing enhances the process of calming
the physical body and helps in promoting a tranquil mind. Years of living in different countries helped me tremendously to develop a deep understanding of multi-cultural and social conditioning behavior patterns. Enriched with this experience I am gladly sharing my Lifestyle insights upon request. I am traveling on demand to different countries for supporting Clients and to teach.
